Q: Are the crystals natural or lab grown?
A: All our crystals are all-natural. We do not sell lab-grown crystals.
Q: My crystal doesn’t look like photo.
A: No two crystals look alike and sometimes the same crystal can look different in different lighting! That is what is magical about crystals. If you received a different cut of the same crystal, this is because we sell many units of one crystal. You might not have received the exact one from the photo but don’t worry! It is the same crystal and has the same healing properties. This disclaimer is included in all the product listings and the page where you checked out your order. We are
Q: I don’t feel any energy or help from my crystal.
A: It takes a while for the effect of energy from a crystal to enter and transform your aura. You will feel a noticeable difference in 2-3 weeks if you are intentional in your healing. If you do not intentionally meditate or work with the crystal or carry it around with you, it will remain dormant.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, due to the naturalness of a crystal, we have no way of knowing if it’ll arrive back in its original state and form. This is what determines our prices. We sell all our crystals new. Therefore, we cannot provide returns and refunds. If you do not like your crystal, we recommend gifting it or reselling it on a third party platform.
Q: I found a better price elsewhere, do you guys do price adjustments?
A: The answer is no, you’ll find variety of prices for the same type of crystal across the marketplace. It is your responsibility to take the time and research which options makes the most sense to you.
Q: Can I get an exchange?
A: No, we only sell new crystals and we do not accept returns in any shape or form. We cannot do exchanges.
Q: I don’t want my crystals anymore! How do I get rid of them?
A: We started a donate program and accept crystal donations from the community, no matter the condition or size. We create crystal kits for the disabled and homeless.
To donate to this cause, please visit on our website the page titled “Donate Your Crystals” and learn how to get a pre-paid label to ship them to us. We thank you in advance.
Q: I just placed my order, when and where will I get my tracking information?
A: You will receive both an email and SMS tracking confirmation with the tracking number once the order has been packaged and sent out.
We handle all orders within 24 hours it was placed and ship everything out within 2-3 business days.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: You can actually use the tracking number you’ll receive from us and the shipping company to track the entire shipment. We ship everything by USPS Priority, the earliest is 1-3 business days and the latest is 4-5 business days in transit.
Q: My order is partially missing or lost. What do I do?
A: Contact us at Healingsoulscrystals@gmail.com and we’ll rectify this immediately.
Q: Where do you get the crystals from?
A: All our crystals are naturally grown from other countries (for example, Brazil) and we receive them through our private supplier

A: Amazing! It would be great if you could post pictures or a video of it and send, tag, or mention us! Also, please give us a good review on our website and Google Ratings :). Q: Do you guys offer promotions and discount codes?
A: YES! We strive to make our customers happy with our prices so we discount all our crystals, plus an automatic 25% off coupon (no code needed) will be applied at checkout to your entire order. How great is that?
Q: Do you guys have an in-person locations?
A: Yes - we sell out of our home office in San Francisco, CA. Please contact us at +19253086344 if you would like to come in person and arrange a time to purchase directly.
Q: How come shipping costs so much?
A: Crystals are heavy. We already secured the lowest rates possible for shipping, please be rest assured.
Q: Where can I learn more about crystals?
A: We have an entire platform dedicated to crystal education. Please go on our website and click on “Crystalcyclopedia” to read up on specific crystals, read our Blog to learn more about crystal knowledge, and watch our videos on to get more information on crystals.
Q: How do I contact you guys? When are you guys opened? Do you close on Holidays?
A: Customer service is available 24/7, please visit the contact page or see below to get more information or reach us. We do not close on Holidays but the shipping companies do.
